Data Deletion Instructions

ViralSky (operated by Infinee s. r. o.) gives you full control over the personal data we hold about you, including data received from connected social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Threads. This page explains how to delete that data.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single social account (instant)

If you only want to revoke ViralSky's access to one connected social account (for example, your Facebook Page) but keep the rest of your ViralSky account active:

1. Sign in to ViralSky and open /scheduler.
2. In the Connected accounts card, find the account you want to remove.
3. Click Disconnect next to it. The OAuth token will be invalidated immediately and the connection record will be deactivated.

After 90 days, all remaining metadata associated with that connection (display name, avatar, integration reference) is permanently deleted from our systems.

Option 2 — Revoke access from the platform side

You can also remove ViralSky from the connected applications list directly inside each platform. The platform will notify us via OAuth and we will deactivate the corresponding record on our side automatically.

• Facebook: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → find ViralSky → Remove.
• Instagram / Threads: Same flow as Facebook — Meta Business Integrations.
• LinkedIn: LinkedIn Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services → find ViralSky → Remove.
• X (Twitter): X Settings → Connected apps → find ViralSky → Revoke access.

Option 3 — Request full deletion of your data (any platform data, any time)

If you want us to erase all personal data associated with your ViralSky account or with a specific connected social platform — including connection metadata, scheduled-post records, and audit logs — send an email to:

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. Some records (e.g. invoices) may need to be retained for tax/legal compliance; we will tell you which and why, if relevant.

What we delete vs. what the platforms delete

ViralSky removes: your connection metadata (display name, avatar, integration reference), all scheduled-post records, our Postiz sub-processor's OAuth access token for that platform account, and all audit logs we hold about your scheduling activity.

Platform-side data we do NOT control: posts that were already successfully published to the platform (e.g. a tweet on X, or a post on a Facebook Page) remain on that platform under that platform's rules. To delete them, you need to delete them inside the respective platform — they are owned and controlled by the platform once published.
